Milton Keynes is home to Number 68 on Oxman Lane in Greenleys, a convenient location from which to explore the "new city" which began life in 1967. Discover a unique mix of leisure activities in a vibrant, cosmopolitan "city in the country" with trees, cutting-edge architecture, green open spaces and people from all over the world.
A few minutes walk from Number 68, past Wolverton Mill Lake and you will find yourself in the Ouse Valley Park (part of the Ouse Valley Way) or on the towpath alongside the Grand Union Canal. Walking Northwards takes you over the Ouse via the Iron Trunk Aqueduct or heading South, brings you to a much newer aqueduct over the road between New Bradwell and Wolverton. Traditional village and canalside pubs are nearby and every type of food, drink and entertainment experience is just a short journey away. We can give you a map of the local area to help you get around.
Roundabouts, well you can't miss them and as for the Concrete Cows, they are less than a couple of miles from here, near the MIlton Keynes Museum and the Roman Villa remains at Bancroft. There is so much for you to see and do in and around MK - we have just chosen a small selection for you to consider (number in brackets equals distance in miles).
